Pennsylvania State Trooper Dan Kamerer is sporting a "cooler" look this week. Kamerer challenged students at North Clarion Elementary School if they could increase their accelerated reading scores by 15 percent he would shave off all the hair on head. Students not only reached that goal, they increased it by 42 percent, that’s an increase of 5,535 to 7,575 in a nine-week period. Becky Delaney’s second-grade class had the top percentage increase and will receive a pizza party. Bobbie Cyphert from the Hair Studio in Tylersburg entertained students by shaving designs while she cut Kamerer’s hair.Keep reading, kids.
